Businessforum is one of Finland's largest IT -reseller, offering a full range of PCs, software and peripheral equipment. The majority of our turnover is comprised of sales to various bodies of public administration as well as to large and medium-sized corporations. However, a large number of smaller companies can also be found among our clientele. In addition to system deliveries, we provide services according to the authorisations of HP, IBM, and Microsoft, among others. Our product range also includes Apple computers and their peripherals and software. In fact, Businessforum is one of Finland's largest Apple system suppliers. We also provide our customers with the software, peripherals, and telecommunications equipment of leading manufacturers.

We work in close cooperation with manufacturers in larger hardware or system deliveries. We deliver the hardware pre-installed or perform the installation at the customer's site. In addition to our own technical support services, our customers in Finland can enjoy the nationwide maintenance and support services of the manufacturers and our partners.

We consult our customers in purchasing servers and storage systems, in systems based on Citrix servers, as well as in various kinds of migration and mobile projects. We serve our clients in an efficient and friendly manner through both personal contacts and online. In fact, our customers have been satisfied with us. In the most recent customer satisfaction survey mandated by our quality standard, our customers gave us a grade of 9- on a scale of ten!
